About The Position
The Homecare Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for scheduling homecare services for PACE participants. This role involves coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining accurate schedules for both caregivers and clients. Thome PACE serves Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale counties providing participants with a wide range of medical and supportive services in our Day Center located in Jackson, Michigan or in the comfort of their own homes.
