We are searching for a compassionate, knowledgeable and professional nurse to join our team as a Full-Time RN Supervisor / Supervising Community Health Nurse, leading a team of RN Home Health Care Managers. The person in this role: Works as a member of our leadership team, coordinating closely with other nursing, rehab and SW Supervisors, as well as with other department Supervisors for support functions. Coordinates with scheduling and the nursing team to meet patient needs. Is responsible for daily operations of a team of home health RN care managers who are each managing a caseload of patients. Participates in hiring and mentoring RNs for growth, responds to calls from physicians/ patients/families, manages a wide range of reports and processes, and coordinates with other teams/departments. Our RN Supervisors are supported with Team Secretaries and a wide range of support functions from intake to scheduling, to a team obtaining prior authorizations, and much more. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
