Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
  • Experience in home health nursing or related healthcare settings preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a homecare environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within Livonia and surrounding areas.
  • CPR certification and current immunizations as required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
