About The Position

NHC is seeking an experienced HomeCare Regional Administrator (RN) to oversee
operations for multiple HomeCare agencies within an assigned region. This
leadership role provides direct supervision and support to HomeCare
Administrators/Directors of Services, ensuring operational excellence,
regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in states of responsibility
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home care or related healthcare programs
• Knowledge of state and federal HomeCare regulations
• Familiarity with Medicare and homecare payment systems

Nice To Haves

• Multi-site management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of regional HomeCare agencies and drive performance to meet or exceed budget and KPI targets
• Provide leadership and supervision to Administrators/Directors of Services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and clinical standards
• Support implementation and development of the QAPI program and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct internal surveys, performance reviews, and corrective action follow-ups
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, and performance management of regional leadership
• Represent the organization in the community to increase awareness and utilization of HomeCare services
• Lead quarterly regional meetings and maintain communication between regional offices and corporate leadership
• Serve as interim Administrator/Director of Services when needed
