About The Position

The Personal Assistant is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Homecare Agency CEO and performs various business operations tasks to support the CEO. Qualicare Homecare is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our family as In-Home Certified Care Aides/Caregivers. We provide quality home care and home health services to clients across the Boston suburbs. Requirements

  • Have Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (preferable). If you don't have this, we can help you with it.
  • Documented experience or previous experience (preferable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel around location territory
  • Access to internet/mobile phone

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with day-to-day operations and priority management
  • Assist with caregiver recruiting, screening, and onboarding coordination
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including lead follow-up and outreach
  • Communicate with caregivers and client families as needed
  • Help coordinate scheduling and coverage
  • Provide on-call personal care support when required
  • Assist with special projects related to growth and care quality
