About The Position

BAYADA offers a New Grad Residency Program for Homecare LPNs, focusing on providing quality, one-on-one patient care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC), making it the only paid new graduate residency program in home care to achieve this. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes client care, with Clinical Managers providing in-depth paid training and support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
