Schedule / Expected Work Hours: Hours are assigned based on client care plans and caregiver availability. Seeking caregivers for the following areas: Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Longwood, Lake Mary, and Casselberry. Requirements

  • Active CNA license or HHA certificate required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
  • Monitor client condition and report changes.
  • Follow care plan and infection control guidelines.
  • Provide transportation as assigned
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Remind clients to take medication.
  • Document care and clock in/out accurately.
