This is a great opportunity for college students who want flexible hours while making a meaningful difference in their community. No experience required - we provide paid HHA training in our Amherst office. Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Compassionate and dependable
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willing to follow health and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Light Housekeeping which includes Vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens.
- Laundry
- Reminding & assisting the clients with pre-dosed medications.
- Prepare meals by taking care of all precautions & dietary restriction
- Grocery shopping and running errands as per requirements. (Not applicable for non-drivers)
- Transportation when need or assigned. Accompany clients to appointments or any socially engaged activities as a part of companionship duties.
- If applicable, Personal care, showering, bathing, Dressing and Grooming tasks, and incontinence care.
