About The Position
The Home Visitor is a key role within the Birth & Beyond Program at La Familia Counseling Center, Inc., responsible for establishing trusting relationships with overburdened families to enhance their self-sufficiency and well-being. This position involves conducting home visits, assessing family needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement family-centered service plans. The Home Visitor also provides support and resources to empower families, ensuring culturally competent care across diverse populations.
