All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope The Teacher Interventionist/Home Visitor position is a dual role of Therapeutic Early Childhood Classroom Teacher Interventionist and Home Visitor who supports highly stressed families with children aged 5 and younger. This position will provide intensive home-visiting services to a caseload of approximately 9-11 highly stressed families whose children are also served in the Therapeutic Early Childhood Program classrooms. Home visits typically occur with each family monthly and will entail providing parenting and child development information, resources, and support. This position is also responsible for co-creating/planning and implementing developmentally appropriate and therapeutic curricula for 2 different classrooms of 8-11 children each, monitoring each child’s development and progress, as well as creating developmentally appropriate goals for each child. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position at 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours per week) which requires the ability to work some evening hours.
