About The Position

Inspectify is seeking entry-level Site Surveyors with a background in real estate to conduct on-site inspections and document property conditions. This role involves using a mobile app to follow checklists, take photographs, and note any hazards or concerns found during inspections. The position is designed for individuals who are motivated to work independently and contribute to the efficiency of the home inspection process.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have access to a car, truck, or van.
• Smartphone required for app usage.
• Industry adjacent experience in construction or as a real estate agent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site limited scope inspections of properties.
• Identify hazards or concerns during inspections.
• Take photographs of properties using a smartphone.
• Complete quick surveys using the Inspectify app.
