The Home National Team (HNT) provides support to the patients—and the teammates who serve them—who perform dialysis at home instead of in a center. Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for patients and is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance – it’s a strategic priority for the DaVita Village to support more patients succeeding on Home dialysis. The HNT’s Strategy, HHD Operations, Launch and Cost Innovations Lane is seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support the implementation, project management, and analytics for a variety of Home initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to work on various initiatives across the lane, and will include interaction with different analysts, managers and directors. This position reports to the Manager, Home Strategy and Operations.
