About The Position
Tubbs by Grubbs is a trusted name in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath remodeling solutions that enhance the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free. We are seeking enthusiastic Home Show Demonstrators in the Monroe, LA area and surrounding communities to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be engaging with home show attendees, introducing our products, and securing qualified sales leads for our in-home design team. Compensation: Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments set.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event environment
- Reliable transportation for travel to scheduled shows/events
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
- Attract visitors and staff booth at home shows and events
- Promote Tubbs by Grubbs products and provide basic product overviews to attendees
- Engage with passersby and draw them into the booth
- Explain key product features and benefits
- Book in-home consultation appointments
- Secure entry forms and collect contact information
- Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth
- Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator
