About The Position
The Home Shopping Department Manager is responsible for leading the Drive Up & Go online selection process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution. This role involves managing a team of DUG Clerks/Shoppers, overseeing customer service, and adhering to company procedures in a unionized hourly position within the store. The manager will also drive sales and facilitate customer awareness of DUG services.
