Join the Home Services Division of a National Retailer as a Promoter. Requirements

Dependable transportation, professional appearance, and a clean background.
Promote a specific Home Services program within large home improvement retail stores.
Collaborate with the Program Manager to generate quality leads and increase program awareness instore.
Attend store events, home shows, and other lead generation events as scheduled.
Meet or exceed productivity goals by generating quality leads that result in confirmed appointments.
Approach customers, introduce them to Home Services programs, pre-qualify them, and provide accurate product information.
Maintain positive working relationships with store associates and management.
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify and meet customer needs.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and process oriented
Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Ability to be on your feet while walking through retail stores.
