About The Position

Join the Home Services Division of a National Retailer as a Promoter. Enjoy unlimited earning potential based on the leads you generate, with an average expected income of $20/hr+, depending on your performance. Requirements

  • Dependable transportation, professional appearance, and a clean background.
  • Promote a specific Home Services program within large home improvement retail stores.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to generate quality leads and increase program awareness instore.
  • Attend store events, home shows, and other lead generation events as scheduled.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals by generating quality leads that result in confirmed appointments.
  • Approach customers, introduce them to Home Services programs, pre-qualify them, and provide accurate product information.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with store associates and management.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and process oriented
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to be on your feet while walking through retail stores.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
