About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts Home Services (private-duty agency) is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Home Services Manager (RN/LPN) position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the resident care operations of our private duty home services. Develops and implements standards, procedures, and processes for delivering care that is safe, therapeutically effective, and complies with all regulations.

Requirements

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience (preferred).
• Minimum of two years' recent home services experience (preferred).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the resident care operations of private duty home services.
• Develop and implement standards, procedures, and processes for delivering safe and effective care.
