About The Position
TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise with over 120 locations, providing trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services. We help seniors age in place and support busy families with dependable, relationship-based home care. What You’ll Do: Perform general home repairs and maintenance Support home safety and accessibility for seniors Deliver respectful, reliable service to families Proficient in at least 3 skill sets: Carpentry rough and finish Drywall installation and repairs Flooring installation and repairs Painting Basic plumbing and electrical Represent TruBlue with professionalism and empathy
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid experience in home repair or handyman work
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Reliable, courteous, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
