We are launching a New Plumbing Division, and we need a founding technical leader who wants to be more than just a "parts changer." Here is the best part: While the division is new, the work is already here. You aren't starting from scratch. You will have immediate access to our 8,000+ existing customer base and a steady stream of leads from our routine partners and subcontracted work. We have the calls; we just need the leader. Launch a Legacy: As the first plumber on our team, you will help set the technical standards and influence the growth of this department under the mentorship of our Master Plumber of Record. Diverse Solution Set: Unlike traditional shops, you can solve a homeowner's high energy bill with an attic solution or a dark room with a skylight—and get paid for the discovery.

Requirements

Licensure: Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Required).
The "Advisor" Mindset: You come from a service/sales background and enjoy the process of educating customers and closing the sale.
Cross-Trade Curiosity: You are excited by the opportunity to learn about and sell electrical, insulation, and ventilation solutions.
Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of residential systems and current UPC/IPC codes.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan for dispatching and invoicing.

Responsibilities

Diagnose & Advise: Identify residential plumbing issues and present clear, tiered options for repair. You will lead the charge on high-efficiency solutions like Heat Pump Water Heaters (HPWH).
Whole-Home Vision: While in the home, you keep your eyes open. If you see an uninsulated attic, an outdated electrical panel, or a poorly ventilated room, you generate a lead for our specialized teams.
The "Kitchen Table" Conversation: Use ServiceTitan to price jobs correctly, explain value clearly, and secure the work with integrity.
Execute to Standard: Perform installations with precision, ensuring code compliance and a near-zero callback rate.
