Regional Homes of Brunswick in Bolivia, NC is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in that area. Requirements

• A proven background in prospecting
• Amazing Follow up with prospects

• Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays
