Titan Factory Direct brings those homes directly to customers-cutting out the middleman and creating powerful sales opportunities. We are seeking high-driven, motivated, and career-focused sales professionals who want more than just a job. We invest in individuals who want to grow into future Sales Managers and General Managers. The Home Sales Consultant (Bilingual) sells manufactured and modular homes, along with financing solutions, by guiding customers through the entire home-buying journey. You will engage prospects in person and through social media, educate customers on home options and financing, and deliver a professional, relationship-driven sales experience from first contact to close.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required state licensing
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships to identify customer needs, timelines, and financing requirements
  • Execute the Titan sales process to present homes, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the order, delivery, and setup process
  • Continuously develop product knowledge on homes, floorplans, materials, and lenders
  • Promote homes and communities through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Engage prospects, set appointments, and greet customers upon arrival
  • Educate customers on available loan and financing options and initiate applications
  • Coordinate with General Manager, Sales Manager, Office Manager, and support staff
  • Participate in ongoing training, daily meetings, and professional development
  • Request referrals to expand future sales opportunities
  • Maintain organized follow-up files and customer records
  • Enroll in continuing education to maintain required sales licensing
