Job Description Regularly works on tasks that are varied and complex. Applies full range of specialized skills and job knowledge; frequently adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet specialized needs; may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under general supervision; originality and ingenuity are often required to help establish procedures in functional area; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. Maintain an auto queue; make outgoing collections calls and take incoming calls at certain times of the day. Make recommendation if account is to be sent to Foreclosure. Counsel borrowers and provide loss mitigation options including, but not limited to Loan Modification and HUD Partial Claim. Assist borrowers in understanding the importance of paying the mortgage and maintaining the home. Prepare and upload attorney packages to the shared network folder. Candidate must work one evening per week (10:30 am -7:00pm). This can be a remote day per current PHFA policies for remote work. Update servicing system using appropriate codes and note fields. Other duties as assigned by Manager. Must perform all above duties accurately and efficiently and be capable of making independent decisions using sound judgment. Identify problems and make sound recommendations for how to resolve as well as present ideas for preventing future recurrences. Operate in a paperless work environment.
