Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills—you’re the face of our company.
  • Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces and at heights where pests may be present.
  • Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screening (marijuana not screened).
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report will be pulled.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demands, though it is rare.

Responsibilities

  • Morning Preparation: Arrive at our Woodinville office to review your daily project outline and gather materials as needed. Load your company-provided work truck with all necessary tools and supplies.
  • On-Site Execution: Safely drive to customer locations across King and Snohomish Counties. Use your expertise to identify entry points and execute exclusion repairs with precision. Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners about their pest issues, providing peace of mind.
  • Craftsmanship and Attention to Detail: Perform high-quality exclusion work using hand tools, ensuring long-lasting pest prevention. Keep workspaces clean and respect customer property, leaving every job site better than you found it.
  • Wrap-Up and Documentation: Complete digital paperwork and notes accurately via your company-issued cell and submit them to the office promptly.
