Requirements

Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques and materials
Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in home repairs
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
Possess a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional service to clients
Live within Northern Virginia area (preferably within our service territory)
10 years in Construction (Required)
Fluent English (Required)

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and assess the scope of home repair projects
Complete repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
