About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our services, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, develop tailored proposals, and drive sales growth. Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of home remodeling processes, including kitchens, baths, and general contracting.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, proposal tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible scheduling and potential for remote work on administrative tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Basic experience in home remodeling sales required; more extensive experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and run leads by visiting clients' homes to assess their remodeling needs for kitchens, bathrooms, and other home projects.
  • Gather detailed information on the client's scope of work, including measurements, design preferences, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create accurate, competitive proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Submit proposals through our secure online portal and follow up to address questions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Track sales activities, leads, and performance metrics using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and remodeling best practices to provide informed recommendations.
