THE OPPORTUNITY As a Project Leader, you own assigned projects from handoff through completion and final collection. You are the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal teams, and you are responsible for delivering projects: on time on budget to company standards with a controlled, professional customer experience You are accountable for three core outcomes on every job: Service — customer experience, communication, and installation quality Speed — cycle time from sale to start to completion to final payment Profitability — cost awareness, margin protection, and early escalation of risk High performers who prove themselves early will have opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles as the company scales. ROLE PURPOSE & ACCOUNTABILITY The Project Leader owns all job-level outcomes and ensures each project is delivered according to the signed agreement, approved scope, company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes. Success in this role is measured by: project readiness and execution discipline installation quality schedule adherence and cycle time customer experience change order and add-on execution final payment collection and clean close-out
