About The Position

Requirements

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime and in different weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to relocate to San Antonio, TX 78253 before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the home office punctually each morning.
• Safely load and secure all necessary equipment, tools, and materials into the company vehicle.
• Transport crew members and equipment from the home office to assigned job sites.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, using navigation tools to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Return with the crew and equipment to the home office at the end of the workday.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the company vehicle, reporting any issues promptly.
• Assist in various remodeling tasks, including demolition, surface preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Learn and support the installation of flooring and tile, including the proper use of adhesives and mixing of grout.
• Follow detailed instructions to maintain quality, precision, and adherence to project timelines.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized job site.
