About The Position

We are a growing home services company that is looking for crew leads. Pay can range from $25-$40/hr depending on experience. Some of the work we do includes: Kitchen remodels Bathroom remodels Tile Work Drywall Painting Flooring (all types except carpet) Electrical Plumbing Windows & doors Finish carpentry All around handyman We are looking for people who like to engage and make a difference in people’s lives. Requirements

Be charismatic and enjoy engaging with customers
Feel comfortable handling client relationships
Have at least 5 years of hands-on skilled trades experience related to the work listed above
Be self-sufficient to complete projects with little or no supervision
Be able to demonstrate leadership skills
Own hand tools and be proficient in their use
Own basic power tools
Have reliable transportation
Have a clean drivers license and able to drive company vehicles
Be able to provide references from past work history
