About The Position

LEAP of California is looking for compassionate Home Providers to host adults with disabilities in their home. If you are kind, have a welcoming home, and a desire for meaningful work, we'd love to talk!
What we're looking for:
Do you have-
A home (own or rent) with a spare room in Sonoma, Solano, and Napa Counties
An inclusive household - accepting of diverse identities
Interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically
Commitment to being able to promote independence and personal growth
Willingness to learn how to provide personalized care and support tailored to each individual’s needs--including assistance with daily activities such as medication management, meal preparation, etc.
