Requirements

• Must be a resident of the state of Nebraska.
• Must own or rent your own home/apartment/condo/townhouse.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable computer and internet access is required.
• Ability to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, decision-making, etc.
• Assist with skill acquisition and fostering independence.
• Administer medication and support medical appointments.
• Support the overall health and well-being of the individual served.
• Document daily activities via a web-based case management application (THERAP).
• Facilitate fun and leisure experiences for community inclusion and socialization.
• Ensure compliance with all state and agency policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members as needed.
• Support the physical needs of the individual served.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, feeding, and behavioral support if required.

Benefits
