About The Position

The position is for a full-time role in the Sleep and Respiratory Services department at Advocate Health. The job involves coordinating product delivery and teaching patients about the use and care of sleep therapy equipment. The role includes managing delivery, setup, testing, education, and fitting of equipment in various settings such as physician offices, home offices, or sleep labs. The position requires maintaining off-site inventories, cleaning and testing returned equipment, and ensuring confidentiality of all patient-related information. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities and potential travel to Charlotte on occasion.

Requirements

• Applicable state RPGST license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates product delivery and teaching all facets of use and care, transport, inventory control, paperwork, and documentation.
• Manages delivery, setup, testing, education, and fitting of sleep therapy equipment to patients in various settings.
• Obtains, secures, and transfers all pertinent documentation prior to delivery of equipment.
• Maintains off-site inventories and cleans/tests returned equipment per policy.
• Maintains confidentiality of all patient, client, agency, and System related information.
• Promotes and adheres to the Corporate Compliance programs of Carolina Home Care and the System.
• Retains all relevant certifications and competencies.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
