About The Position
The Loan Processor plays a critical role in supporting the workflow by ensuring loans are corrected, updated, and ready to close within a 24‑hour turnaround. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong guideline knowledge, and the ability to process a high‑volume pipeline with accuracy and urgency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of loan processing experience
- Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders
- Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is
- Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines
- Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans
