About The Position

Rauch Inc. is a non-profit organization located in New Albany, Indiana, serving people with disabilities in vocational and non-vocational services in the Kentuckiana area. We are seeking a full-time Home Leader for our Supported Living program in Charlestown, IN. This role is essential in providing direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve independence and participate in community activities. Responsibilities include mentoring clients on daily living skills, accompanying them to appointments, managing house finances, and supervising staff. Availability for first, second, and third shifts is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in providing direct service to people with developmental disabilities in a residential setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities.
• Help clients achieve independence in daily living skills.
• Mentor clients on daily living skills.
• Take clients to doctor's appointments and other community locations.
• Manage the house financing.
• Provide supervision to the home's staff.
