Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and interact effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
  • Perform 360 inspections of homes, from attics to crawlspaces, to identify pest issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers by solving problems and providing practical solutions.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and conduct oneself with professionalism and integrity.
  • Serve as an empathetic problem solver utilizing in-depth training to recommend innovative pest solutions.
  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
  • Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of customers' homes and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Prepare sales agreements using provided iPads and stay organized with training support.
