Requirements

Sales experience preferred, not required (we train the right people)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces
Basic math skills for measurements and estimates
Valid Virginia driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
Wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required
Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough interior and exterior home inspections for pest and mosquito activity (includes attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and confined spaces)
Identify contributing conditions and diagnose pest issues accurately
Educate homeowners on findings and recommend customized service solutions
Deliver professional, tailored presentations based on inspection results
Prepare estimates and service plans using company-provided Tablet or Laptop and software
Document inspection notes, measurements, and property details accurately
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and quality
Achieve performance goals through assigned leads and proactive relationship building
