About The Position

The Home Infusion RN at CSI Pharmacy is responsible for providing specialty pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses in their homes. This role involves traveling to patients' homes to administer infusions, ensuring high-quality care and comfort for patients. The position requires a compassionate individual who can work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to support patient health and well-being.

Requirements

• RN License in the State you work.
• Two (2) years of RN Experience.
• One (1) year of high-volume critical thinking experience.
• One (1) year of Infusion experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Infuse patients in their homes.
• Travel to and from patients' homes to provide infusion services.
