About The Position
We are hiring an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to administer IVIG infusions to stable outpatient patients in the El Paso area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and one-on-one patient care in a home setting. You will work independently while supported by a clinical coordination team and specialty pharmacy.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Texas or Compact State
- 1+ year recent IV infusion or acute care nursing experience
- Strong IV and vascular access skills
- Current BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- IVIG or home infusion experience
- CRNI® or infusion-related certification
Responsibilities
- Administer IVIG and specialty infusions per provider orders
- Perform pre-, during-, and post-infusion patient assessments
- Monitor and manage infusion reactions
- Start and manage IV access (peripheral, PICC, ports)
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and medications
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure safe care delivery
