About The Position

KabaFusion is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse who is interested in schedule flexibility and a better work/life balance. This position allows you to build lasting relationships with your patients while providing exceptional care. The role involves working from 4pm to 8pm as an admissions nurse, utilizing electronic documentation through the myKabaFusion app instead of OASIS documentation. KabaFusion is committed to a culture of collaboration and teamwork, focusing on the needs of the patient in every aspect of care. As part of a national network of pharmacies and nursing locations, our home infusion nurses play a crucial role in ensuring that prescribed infusion therapies are safely and effectively administered in the home setting.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Excellent IV start skills.
• Current state driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home infusion nursing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education in accordance with the prescriber's plan of treatment.
• Utilize clinical IV experience to assist patients in their homes.
