About The Position

Were hiring an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver IVIG therapy in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This part-time opportunity offers flexibility, independence, and the satisfaction of providing safe, one-on-one care in a comfortable home environment. The RN will administer monthly IVIG infusions and coordinate care with a dedicated clinical and pharmacy support team.

Requirements

Current RN license in the State of Texas (Compact License accepted)
At least one year of recent IV infusion or hospital-based nursing experience
Skilled in IV placement and infusion pump operation
Current BLS certification
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

Experience in home infusion or specialty biologic infusions
CRNI® or infusion nursing certification

Responsibilities

Prepare, start, and administer IVIG and other specialty infusions in accordance with prescriber orders.
Assess patient readiness, monitor throughout the infusion, and respond to reactions promptly.
Manage peripheral and central IV access, including PICCs and ports.
Provide detailed patient and caregiver education on infusion procedures and post-care guidelines.
Complete documentation accurately within required timelines.
Maintain communication with the care coordination and pharmacy team to ensure continuity of care.
