About The Position

We are seeking an infusion nurse (RN) with IVIg experience interested in providing in-home infusions for a local patient in Seguin, TX. The specific infusion details include administering Privigen (40 grams IV) once every month (Q28-34 days), with the patient preferring Tuesdays and a start time of 9 AM. D5W 250mL IV is to be given concurrently with IVIG. The treatment length is 2 hours and 59 minutes plus prep time. The patient requires access via a Port and a Curlin Pump will be used. The patient is requesting an experienced, female RN and has a dog at home. The initial date of service requested is 05/05.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• IVIg experience required
• In-home infusion experience is generally required. Exceptions may apply.
• A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel
• A clear background check

• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.
