About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Per Diem Infusion RN to join our team! The ideal candidate is ready to onboard quickly and comfortable traveling within a one-hour radius of St. Paul. This position focuses on delivering high-quality infusion care and may include staff supervision to ensure services meet professional standards. As an independently owned and operated agency known for being “caring, compassionate, and cheerful,” we’re looking for team members who bring that same energy. This flexible, per diem role allows you to work as much or as little as you’d like—day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts are available. Infusion and injection visits are scheduled based on treatment plans and your availability. Compensation is $70 for 1-hour visits, $50 for the first two hours of longer visits, and $45 per hour thereafter. Mileage pay may be offered on a case-by-case basis Why BrightStar Care? Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
