About The Position
American Home Design is hiring an experienced Home Improvement Service Technician to support our Knoxville market . This role focuses on warranty work and service repairs for our installed baths, windows, and doors -providing quality solutions and a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to use common power and hand tools
- Strong customer communication skills
- Solid time management and the ability to work independently
- Quality-minded, dependable, and professional in customers' homes
Responsibilities
- Perform basic warranty service and repairs on residential bath, window, and door installations
- Repair windows/doors , including sash replacement (as needed)
- Complete minor plumbing repairs related to bath/shower installations
- Perform light carpentry , general cleaning , and related service tasks
- Occasional drywall/painting touch-ups as needed
