Requirements

Proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: Carpentry Bathroom and restroom improvements Kitchen remodeling Painting, both inside and out Drywall work, repairs, caulk Small plumbing and electrical Floor installation and refurbishing
Excellent customer service
Building code familiarity
Current driver's license / insurance
Have tools, work vehicle, references
Contractors need liability insurance and workers comp
