Requirements
- Driver’s license and insurance
- Background check/screening
- Personal vehicle and tools
- Strong references
- Smart phone + Internet access
- Contractors must have liability insurance and workers comp
Responsibilities
- Skill areas in at least three of the following: Rough and finishing with carpentry
- Remodeling and upgrading bathrooms
- Refresh and remodel kitchens
- Interior and exterior painting
- Repairing and patching drywall
- Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical
- Installation and repair of flooring
- Customer service and client relations
- Building codes
- Material management
