A staff Physical Therapist will follow appropriate practices, to perform evaluations, timely re-evaluations and OASIS assessments, determine PT diagnoses, develop a plan of care, and perform physical therapy procedures to aid in restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, improving health, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disability. A staff Physical Therapist must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age, goal, and diagnosis appropriate care. This position must also be able to follow and adhere to the practices described in the Department Policy and Procedure Manual. The Therapist is required to be flexible with daily scheduling and may be required to work various patient care settings.
