About The Position

Human Touch / Capitol View Home Healthcare has provided skilled and non-skilled home health services for over 27 years across DC, VA, MD, and PA. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive team environment. EOE. Position Overview Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home speech therapy services. Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited SLP program
• Active state SLP license
• 2+ years clinical experience (home health/SNF preferred)
• OASIS and EMR experience preferred (WellSky/Kinnser a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide skilled home health speech therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Document care and patient progress
• Maintain Medicare, HIPAA, and compliance standards
