Requirements

Active Virginia Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Minimum 1–2 years experience (home health preferred)
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

OASIS experience preferred
EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase a plus)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive in-home speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
