This position will provide therapeutic services in the East valley, specifically Queen Creek and San Tan Valley! Speech Therapist (SLP). Flexible Schedule, Patient‑Centered Care. As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you’ll provide compassionate, skilled therapy to patients in their homes and communities. Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current licensure to practice in the State of Arizona as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for patient visits

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and assess home environments as appropriate
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the care team
  • Provide speech‑language therapy services as ordered by the physician
  • Identify functional speech, language, and swallowing deficits and implement targeted treatment plans
  • Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques and equipment to improve patient outcomes
  • Recommend communication devices or adaptive aids as appropriate
  • Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with physicians and care team members
  • Participate in case conferences, in‑services, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Identify needs for additional services and make referrals as appropriate
  • Supervise home health aides in tasks directly related to the speech therapy plan of care when applicable
