Human Touch Home Health has provided skilled home health services for over 27 years across MD, DC, VA, and PA. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Position: PRN Home Health Speech Therapist providing in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Maryland Speech Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Adult/geriatric experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OASIS and EMR experience preferred (WellSky/Kinnser or HCHB)

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
• Provide skilled speech therapy interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain HIPAA and Medicare compliance
