The Home Health Speech Therapist (ST/SLP) position: We are seeking a qualified Full Time Speech Therapist to provide care for our patients by diagnosing, assessing, and treating speech disorders. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations. We are currently interviewing for a part-time position based out of our Nashville Home Health office.
Requirements
- A master's degree in the area of Speech Pathology or Audiology from an approved educational institution
- Current and valid license from the State Board
- Current CPR certification, or within 30 days of hire
- Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
