About The Position
VNA Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Visit Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Southborough/Metrowest Team. This position is essential in providing therapeutic care to patients and their families, focusing on restoring, promoting, or maintaining function while minimizing the effects of illness or disability. As a Home Health SLP, you will work closely with patients in their homes, delivering personalized care that addresses their unique needs and challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring they receive the highest standard of speech and language therapy in a comfortable and familiar environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science Degree in Speech and Language Pathology, along with a Certificate of Clinical Competency from an accredited program. Home health experience is a prerequisite for this role, as it equips you with the necessary skills to navigate the complexities of providing care in a home setting. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work any hours between Monday and Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the community.
